I feel bad for all the unpaid interns who died from thirst working overtime for the new UI.
Can't imagine any dev with any experience whatsoever would look at this dumpster fire and be like
'one of our finest work y'all'.
But hey, maybe the gameplay is stellar.
Well, the concept is. Always was.
HOOOOWEVER...

Performance is insanely unoptimized to the point where the best hardware barely gets you 60+ fps on medium-low settings (worse for NVIDIA than AMD).
Servers are insanely unstable.
Ping issues, packet loss, rubberbanding are ever-so-present.
Tools and ammo types randomly unequip.
Enter button sometimes makes the game go into window mode.
Tab makes the game crash sometimes.
The map sometimes doesn't open.
Hitboxes are inconsistent with player models.
AI randomly spawns in front of you.
Sometimes your cursor is ingame and DESYNCED from your crosshair.
You can only invite one friend at a time (and have to wait for him to join before being able to invite the other one).
Invites sometimes don't work at all.
Newly bought hunters don't automatically get selected.
Daily rewards are not being displayed properly.
Post-game recap is completely unreliable.
Spectator mode is not working properly.
Controlling a beetle makes your resolution go 4:3.
Connecting to the game sometimes doesn't work at all.
AFK camping is heavily encouraged.
Apparently, the new anti-cheat does j@ck sh1t, too.

...just to name a few.

But hey at least the microtransactions menu works flawlessly. :)))))))))))))))

Riddled with Bots and Meta Decks. Being a casual player results in being completely negated and waiting for the opponent's 5-min-combo turn to end.

Remember Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood - Multiplayer? Yeah, that ♥♥♥♥ was slappin'. Best I have ever experienced in a multiplayer assassination game. This game tried to copy it - and what a miserable half-assed copy it was. Apart from server and connection issues, lag and insufferably long queue times, this game simply tossed many good mechanics and decided that synchronization of NPCs and the possibility to react to your pursuer should not be a thing. While in theory you can stun your hunter and escape, in reality the input only reacts far too late. Also, the point system is garbage since the easy kill methods like the gun only barely diminish your rewards, making more complicated and strategic kills not worth the effort. I was really hyped for this game but - as with many indie games these days - I should not have bought before watching someone else play and read reviews. If you are reading mine right now: do NOT buy this game. You will be disappointed.

I get the premise but the previous installments were far superior. The amount of different traps and combinations may seem innovative and thought provoking at first, however, about 80% of the traps are useless since they either cost too much or do too little. Because all traps reset at the same pace, the costly ones are simply not worth buying. I vividly remember spamming traps in OMD2 to avoid stray orcs somehow passing through and ruining my perfect score. Here you just can wall off one entrance and spam a choke point with arcane burning ground. The AI seems dumber in comparison to the previous games, maps are partly reused and overall the gameplay tends to be very repetitive. Very disappointing sequel to two fun games.

This game is old. It has nostalgia value but that's about it. Mechanics are cool but you can't really play with your friends anymore (invite function simply doesn't work) and the game is beyond unbalanced with AI having the mind of the average toddler.

Quite challenging and due to the specific restrictions impossible to cheat your way through. Even the gem mini-game is entertaining. For chess fans definitely fun to play.

Like Assassin's Creed Brotherhood but with LotR.

Best Monster Hunter so far. And I am saying that with over 700h MHF2 and MHU on PSP and a lot more nostalgia to it. This game takes everything that was ever great about the franchise and gives it to you. There are no unnecessary changes for changes' sake. Just improvements. You can easily go on your own like you used to in older games. I prefer to play it with friends tho. If you are new to the franchise but like RPGs this is your best bet, too.
Levelling, grinding, crafting, pets, armour, different weapon trees, quests, skill system, loot. It's all here. And it's very easy to pick up. The learning curve is so smooth that the game is damn easy to learn but hard to master. Overall worth the money and with the Iceborne expansion pack coming out the fun doesn't end.

♥♥♥♥ this game. Oh right it shows hearts now... F#u^ck this game... does this work? Nevermind.
Ubisoft releases everything, no matter how bad it is. The game is always the same and the multiplayer,
like always with Uplay, is like McDonald's: Many people visit it, noone really likes it. 2/10

CS:GO Review
If you play casual, focus on the lolz and, for the ultimate experience, mute every single player in your lobby.
If competitive, at least a team of three or - if possible - a full lobby of friends (5). Better communication. Better experience. No weirdos (except your friends, of course).

It never fails to annoy you but you always get back to it... kinda like heroin. 8/10
