If you are more than 20 days offline, you're getting deleted, since I see no reason to have you on my friends list if you're just going to be offline.
If you try to get me to buy you a game, and I'll get the payment after I buy you it, I'll just record the whole thing, report you, and you'll get insta-blocked.
