Q: (Walter Koster – Saabrucker Zeitung) Seb, during the last race at Silverstone your teammate Kimi asked for more power but his engineer refused his wish. Kimi answered indignantly ‘It’s not permitted for me to think for myself?’ To what extent can you make your own decisions on track and how much is decided remotely on your behalf by the team? I can tell you all that I know a lot of people who don’t watch Formula One because the technology is too complicated and they feel the races are manipulated. Formula One seems to be more removed from the fans than before. Do you agree with this, and please remember my first question?

"Now starting for the start/finish line, 1:22.022.... How is that pole!? How is that pole!? 1:21.072 it's Villeneuve time to beat. A little bit of understeer, 1:21,072.. Michael Schumacher.. OH HE JUST FAILED!!! IT'S EXACTLY THE SAME TIME, EXACTLY THE SAME time! (...) Watch the time, 1:21,072 and.. Frentzen... NO!!! OH MY...OHHHH MY... Unbelievable as Michael Schumacher just can't do nothing by shaking his head. 3 cars, 3 drivers, 3 exact times!

Gentlemen, a short view back to the past. 30 years ago, Niki Lauda told us: "Take a trained monkey, place him into the cockpit and he is able to drive the car." 30 years later, Sebastian told us: "I had to start my car like computer, it's very complicated." And Nico Rosberg said: "I pressed during the race (...)" I don't remember what race "(...) the wrong button on the wheel." Question for you two both: Is Formula One driving today too complicated with 20 and more buttons? On the wheel? Are you too much under effort under pressure? What are you wishes for the future concerning the technical programme, uhm... during the race? Less buttons? More? Or less and more communication with your engineers?
