Elite Dangerous is a fantastic game, expansive, immersive, thrilling and terrifying all in one. From fast-paced frantic combat, to relaxed exploration, and the absolute terror of dropping in to a star system too close to a black hole, this game has it all.

Fun to play, engaging content, great use of actors from the shows.

This game had a lot of hype to live up to, and sadly fell very short.

Average graphics, repetitive and dull gameplay with no exciting mechanics, and worst of all, abysmal performance issues. I run an i5 6600k @ 4.5GHz and a GTX 970 with 16GB of DDR4 RAM @ 3000MHz which is WAY above the required system specifications, and within the short time I spent with the game, I suffered crippling lag, frame rate drops, texture and geometry pop-in and all manner of other nastiness that shows this to be seriously botched release.
