Final Fantasy XIV is, quite possibly, the greatest game I've ever played. The story is certainly my personal favorite Final Fantasy story of all time. It delivers on everything you could possibly want from the franchise, and exceeds expectations.

As far as MMORPG's are concerned, I cannot think of a single other title currently available that truly rivals this games attention to the community. This game deviates from traditional MMOs in a few ways like the job system being one of the most direct examples, and none of this ever feels bad, or poor.

This is without a doubt the best game I've ever owned and played, and will continue to play in perpetuity.
