I love it but I hate it. But I love it.

Simple objective, impossibly high skill ceiling. Some games you're amazing and some you're not. Same can be said for teammates.

The community around this game are super passionate, the esports scene is amazing, and despite the occasional toxic player every couple of matches, the general vibe of the game is great.

I have solely played this game for 3 years, and although I'm only a D1 in 3s, I would like to think it was time well spent.

I wish that they put more effort into the extra gamemodes - switching out Snowday for a Volleyball gamemode in summer or trying out new powerups in rumble - but the developers are constantly adding new maps, cosmetics and special gaming events so it is still fresh.

I haven't really noticed a difference since Epic Games took over (I think they have) so I wouldn't get too hung up on it at the moment
