No choice but to give a thumbs down again after there's just so many bugs that aren't getting fixed :(

This games is the epitome of what's wrong with most of today's games. After finishing 10 or 11 out of 14 chapters, I had to stop playing this game. You can see the end of the poorly told story miles ahead. All dialogue sounds like it was written by a 14-year-old edgelord. The voice acting adds to that by the super rough voice the protagonist constantly speaks in. With that same voice, he comments on everything you do---"Oh, it looks like they locked the door, maybe I should look for another way out? Hm ... Maybe through the window!"---Clearly, this game doesn't its players seriously and thinks you're a complete moron who needs to be spoon-fed every single detail.

The whole gunplay is just as horrible. All guns sound, feel, and play exactly the same. Enemies die after a single headshot, at most two if they're wearing a helmet, so there's no difference whether you have only a pistol or an assault rifle. It doesn't matter anyway, because the game randomly takes your weapons away after the numerous, headache-inducing cutscenes that interrupt the game's flow every 20 seconds to tell you something obvious while suddenly your entire screen will start flickering like you're playing Kane & Lynch again.

Thanks to the trivial gunplay there is no challenge whatsoever except when the game spawns enemies right in front of you after a cutscene that have inhuman reactions and will shoot you before you can make a move.

I sincerely do not understand how this game earned its high ratings back when it was released. It looks okay, but most of the textures look the same, there is almost no variation, everything is either gray or brown. It's still holding up okay-ish today, though.

They must have been so busy creating this ridiculously sized open world that they completely forgot to write interesting characters. The gameplay is horribly boring as well, especially the shooting.
