Really well developed game. It is difficult at first, but u learn everytime u play it. Worth the money in terms of content and satisfaction. The game has various levels of difficulty which make it an exciting exprerience depending on your ability to manage your city. There are four scenarios, each presenting its own set of unique challenges. The ambient sounds and the end game music is something I can never forget. It is properly paced as well as great graphics within the game. I could not recommend buying this game more.
