Here Kanye East states that he is a fan Fortnite balls making him gay. Balls are a slang term for male testicles meaning that since Kanye East is a fan of “Fortnite balls” he is gay as a sexual relationship between two men would be considered a homosexual (or gay) relationship.
Many in the LGBTQ+ community feel that this line is Kanye East showing his support for their community. Kanye East has made no comment on whether or not this bar was a sign of support or a public coming out message. Mr. East follows up this bar with the phrase “I like boys” leaving many listeners feeling that the latter is more likely
Kanye East states here about the specific kinds of children he likes to kidnap.
