This game has a stellar base, it is quite fun and actually requires real teamwork and coordination. I do however think it will sorta plateau at higher skill levels. I think this game needs to add a few more complicated mechanics to it for it to really thrive, IE making tackling more difficult or something.
I really enjoy this game and do hope it picks up, I think it just needs some aggressive community integration.

Hard to find a game that truly captures the "weird dream" like essence this game portrays. I'm very impressed and have followed this game since it's earlier demos. I am very excited to explore more and dig into the lore, I hope they add a bit more to do between nights, my suggestion was adding an old computer to explore news articles or chat rooms that evolve with the news etc etc.

This game is the most torn between being perfect and mid game ever.
On one hand you have some of the most beautiful, unique and compelling world building in gaming history and then it gets weighed down by extremely uninspired combat and looting.
I think this game was rushed towards the end of development, there's a certain point in the game that its extremely obvious that it was forced to be cut short.
So many things in this game are left to be explored, imagine if they went with the gameplay direction of concept trailers of this game...
Still worth playing.

Good ass game on my mama

went into this with pretty much no expectations as when I had played the first game I made it to the first castle, got way too overwhelmed/bored and never played kcd1 again. However this game grabbed me by the nuts after the intro. It deff explained mechanics a lot better and holds your hand just long enough for you to be able to enjoy the game without having to look up too much. I am nearly 40hrs in and havent done the first story mission as I have been completely satisfied by just doing side quests. Overall, I believe this game is great, possibly the goats. After mod support I can only imagine the future of this. Must buy and play game/10.

This game surprised me with how fun it is. It has a ton of room for growth and I'm very excited to see how it pans out in the coming updates.
I would love to see a video camera added, and more maps.

As someone who has never played PoE before this game feels very good and vastly different from D4. The main thing I hated about D4 is how mindless the game felt. You would just auto pilot thru enemies and the pace was way too fast. This game slows down and it feels perfect. The visuals are beautiful and the game is fairly easy to understand, certainly has more complex mechanics but they aren't completely needed to know off rip.
Overall I enjoy it so far and for playing casually I'll have fun logging in and just taking time with it.

I've never been convinced a game is good so fast. W movement, healers do great damage, overall very solid start.

As a long time fan of the game, I understand why people could find this to be a little upsetting as it is out of character for Hunt to use a pop culture skin in a game like this.. However the execution is perfectly inline with the Huntiverse and I'm on board. This is nothing like a game like cod just porting in the spirit halloween costume into the game, they took the idea and blended it into the game perfectly. Bravo Hunt & Team.
