Amazing program. does everything all the other 3d modelling/animation/rendering/compositing/simulating programs do in one place. i wouldnt say blender is easy to learn but its worth putting the effort in, there are plenty of youtube videos on how to use it or go to cgcookie,com if youre really dedicated to learning.
give me another 300hrs and maybe ill know what im doing ;)
