I played this with my wife for the past two days now. She found it in the store and since we are both super interested in anything about dragons we were super hyped. The first few games we were thrown into 4vs4 pve Spoils of War mode. It was nice and really interesting to learn.

I spent 5€ on the pass that reminds one a lot from the Battle Pass they had in Fortnite and then implemented in many other games. That didn't throw me off immediately because I noticed that maybe you would be getting enough gems through the pass to buy the next pass by simply playing enough.

However, after a few matches you are no longer allowed to play the Beginner Mode, without an explanation. Now we are stuck in forced PvP which is incredibly unbalanced. I am not entirely bad getting into new games quickly but the time you were given to "learn" in 4v4 PvE was no where near enough. We are basically being slaughtered in any mode and not allowed to continue playing PvE.

While I was so hyped for this game yesterday, it already disappoints me immensely today. I did a bit more digging and apparently there used to be a permanent coop pve mode, that was however removed again in Season 3. The game is not balanced enough to be beginner friendly. It doesn't offer you enough multiplayer PvE mode to let others catch up or to just have a nice chilled evening flying around and killing a few NPCs after a long hard day at work and then being able to choose PvP for the challenge once you feel up for it.

Was absolutely drawn into completing 100% in base game, chasing after achievements, playing Croft Manor DLCs and doing Missions that include card usage. Only bummer is that I will never get the achievement for Blood Ties because the game bugs out on 53/54 relics, even though I found all. SE only solution is to replay the entire DLC, didn't help either. Otherwise, this game is great! Also love the references of old games they added.

So far I have played all Life is Strange games, plus Captain Spirit. The first episode of LiS2 was amazing too and I still love the story but Episode 2 is horribly bugging.

For once after letting Mushroom out, I could see him stuck staticly in the mattress on the ground. Then later on when Claire was washing dishes and the faucet was running, the noises of the water running wouldn't stop until you reloaded. Then when Sean was drawing at the market, the two boys voices were heard but I could not see them at all. Cassidy's guitar never stopped playing, reload again. Charles and Chris were stuck in the air slightly and I could not meet with them to continue, reload again. Also earlier in the house by the Christmas decoration box, Daniel ran into me and I was stuck, not able to move. Now I am in their mother's old room, Daniel sits/hovers in front of one box even though he says he wants to check out the stuffed bear, I cannot leave the room at all. The list could go on.

Never an episode had been THIS full of bugs that force you to reload and play things unnecessarily often again and again. It truly spoils the experience and ruins Episode 2 for me. I guess the developers had enough of time to deal with such issues or should have taken the time to resolve them before the release, maybe even released a few days later to keep up with their quality they have delivered until now. So far all episodes of all games came out nearly bug-free if not completely bug-free. I do hope there will be a patch soon enough and if the following Episodes lack the quality of previous ones too, I will have to say that I have wasted my money on something I had high expectations on. In the beginning I wasn't sure to buy LiS2 at all but Episode 1 has really blown me away, now this ruins it again. Not so well done... :/

Absolutely amazing game! I love the fact that you have quest givers throughout the game. Stats on outfits - cool thing to do! You can really see they put a lot of work into creating it.
