OMG this game is a hidden gem lads!

This game is like when PUBG, CS2, Squad, Insurgency and Ready or Not have a wild night that resulted with a baby!

The graphics is like freaking reality itself!
The amount of paranoia this game can bring is next level!

Control is a bit clunky but it suits the gameplay itself, this is not your average run and gun game for sure!

Highly recommended!

graphics is very old school vibe! with a modern twist of visual effects

mechanics is very easy to learn, if you grew up playing those OG game adjusting to this game is easy!

so easy to use! you will not get lost because so many instructive teaching out in the net! lastly, it's FREE!

Absolutely Stunning game!


Honest review based on its current state: (please no hate!)
-Graphics is great! Boxer details are right on the dot!
-The game is way better than the initial release, thanks to the addition of few fighters and venue
-Can not change the camera angle or how fast it spins (for the nauseated peeps out there!)
-There should be an option to lower the gameplay speed (for real simulation), it seems like everything is fast-paced!
-There should be an option to change the controller icon from XBox to PS symbols

The not so very good about this game!
-hackers and cheaters are blatantly everywhere!
-no anti-cheat
-de-sync issues when playing online!

The game, above all, is still RECOMMENDABLE! the pros outweighs the cons. I did not mention how GREAT and BEAUTIFUL the graphics in this game! from Rings, Gyms and actual Boxers the details from smallest to the most obvious ones were on point and lit!

still waiting for the other features to be release but i got a high hopes that this game will be on fire once it reach its full release!

at the time of this review was written i'd give it a solid 8/10!

Alright let me clear things out! I pre-ordered the game, initial reaction upon playing it the first time is, pretty much the same as 2K22 but with minimal integration.

My review is based from a player who just play casually (MyLeague and Play Now) no MyCareer or the story thing.

PROs
Some new animations
Ref calls were tad strict
Voice lines were okay
Ease of adding a headband into a player

CONs
You need tons of mod to enjoy the full potential of this game
Devs were lazy af at adding new things up
No 3pt Shooting contest and Slam Dunk option at menu
Recycled CFs
Cheaters online (Maybe! --who knows!)

If you want a casual play of the closest Basketball Sim! This is the one!

Tad late and prolly spoilt by that late release in Steam it doesn't affect how great this game is (luckily i didn't play this game in any consoles prior --nor watch any spoilers for any reason)

Brings you back in the time where the so called "Wild Wild West" era in America is at its peak!
Game storyline is superb and graphically unmatched!

Pro's:
the environment is immersive and open
the graphics is cinematic-like and rich down to its smallest of detail
story is rich and engaging
online support for players who want to grind after finishing the story!
the true feeling of being back at late 1800's

Con's:
story is tad short but well written
(guess that is all my complain about this gem)

this game is kinda addicting. if you are an old vet who wanted to play the first counter-strike but with a sprinkle of modern graphics in it, this is the game for you!

servers are always full

con's:
aim assistance is real (cheaters)
careful of scammers when you have high end skins

A good game with lot of potential BUT as expected massive difference from its predecessor Verdun
