I warned my girlfriend that I would play hundreds of hours of this after the joy of Warhammer 2 and i've played 24 hours. Total ♥♥♥♥♥ game, she can't believe her luck.

Awful game. Janky, sloppy gameplay. Feels like an xbox 360 era game. I can't comment on the story because it's so unbearable to play this game that I can't progress. The environments fit the setting but that's about the only positive I can merit this game with. They need to seriously patch this if it's going to be a decent game.

I didn't play Deathwing on release but I enjoy it now, so hopefully they will fix this into a game worth it's price tag.

You can drink drive and ram cops into the sea.

The best Total War game. I've played about 450 hours between the two games and can't reccomend it enough. If you don't have any experience in previous titles then it's probably the simplest to pick up and there is enough content and new mechanics to excite lifetime fans. The factions are diverse and the inclusion of magic has made the battles really enjoyable. There is of course room for improvement with sieges and diplomacy and there are quite a few bugs. It's worth picking up the first game too to play the Mortal Empires map as it will provide hours of fun and hours upon hours of warfare.
