The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings is the 2nd installment of the witcher triology.This game is huge upgrade to the witcher 1 in every way.

#Combat:- The combat in this game is very tactical and requires your creativity to fight with your opponents in your own unique way, you have large number of arsenal to combat enemies including traps, magic , potions and much more.

#Story:- It follows the journey of geralt of rivia but this time he finally had to make his choice to choose sides. i wont spoil anything.But anyone who played witcher 1 can import their save game which will further enhance your story (the choices you may have made on first game will affect here).Although the game doesnt requires u to play first game but it will just enhance ur story

#Graphics:- What to say it is a huge leap from witcher 1 in every way.

# Music:- Personally music and soundtrack wise i would still prefer witcher 1 soundtracks except some tracks such as blue mountains.Man the witcher 1 soundtracks are too good for its age.


Conclusion:- The witcher 2 is great game with new and unique style of combat which we dont even have in witcher 3.I would recommend anyone who is fan of rpg games to play this.

Damn i really never played such puzzle game before.To be honest this is my first 1st person pc puzzle game.i Really enjoyed it and recommend this game to anyone including those who dont play puzzle games they will still find this interesting.I m currently thinking whats the connection is with half life and portal.

Best for casual time pass

Not for faint of heart people like me or those who thinks to buy this game for fun.Remember this is a simulator not ur nfs or crew..very hard game

If u are PC gamer and uses steam and u don't own this game then I don't know what you are doing with your gaming life.

If love driving simulation this could be the best experience u can get.. The amount of customization ,cities, trucks, trailers and I can go on.. Is best perfectly run on all systems including windows and Linux just truckers MP won't work on Linux yet.. Aka multi-player mod.... Best game for relaxing.. Be warned this is not your everyday sports game!!!

Good game i have one of the best fps experience for now. i wont spoil anything. this game works like charm on linux too so must purchase for linux gamers who like singleplayer fps

This game despite being old is really different type of RPG i have played.i wouldnt have bought this game if steam play proton was not there since i switched to linux few months ago. i will split the parts and ratings..

Everything is rated after playing the whole game under linux based distro with steam play proton

Performence-9/10(only rare crashes occur sometimes)

Graphics-7/10(Despite the age of the game the graphics looks good and the atmosphere is very real)

Story-10/10(Incredible and unpredictable non linear storyline that will question your choice and consequences)

Music-10/10(I cant tell anything about it much you just need to purchase this game to understand how good soundtracks can be)

gameplay-6/10(a bit boring and intimidating at first but it just works)


Overall - 9/10:- A classic RPG with non linear story and fun living world. i Recommand this game to any RPG gamers and witcher series Fans.

This game gave me an good experience.. The game has nice atmosphere which absolutely suits the settings.i would have give this 8/10 if the Linux version performance was good and well optimized.

Overall it's a good game but needs lot of polishing for the Linux port .

If u don't mind large performance issues even with good card then go for it with ur Linux system otherwise go for it with windows systems.

Do i even have to say about this DLCs.......This company has surpassed others in showing what it means to make "REal" Dlc...not those who charge $$ every min even for single decorations.
