Destiny, destiny...
It says on steam, do you want to recommend this game to a friend? That's one of life's mysteries. And why is that so? :)

Sometimes, maybe 3 years ago, definitely YES, maybe still today, but still somehow difficult to answer, why? Because with all the problems destiny had, it had a soul, which was seen by gamers who have been in destiny 2 since the first day.
When I say that I mean the appeal of a game that pulls you to play, and play, quest missions, exotic weapons, grand destinations, some of the best architecture ever seen in video games.
As for destiny today, I can't say with certainty that I would recommend it to new players, maybe to those who have never played anything so they should try it and maybe they like it, but to some veterans who have more gaming experience in similar games, I don't believe they would bite.
Destiny had its ups and downs, there was a period of stagnation where the game became boring, grind this, grind that, and grind again but it's an integral part of the game whether we like it or not. Today, after Forsaken, which is one of the best parts of the game, we have Witch queen, which partly brings destiny back to its old glory.

WQ is one of the better DLCs for Destiny, it introduces a new story that is great for solo running and enjoying another "architectural wonder", it takes the classic story of light versus darkness to a new level, with monsters of darkness that have learned the secret of mastering the light. , a completely new but still old experience.
The campaign is interesting, playful and engaging, and the new approach to difficulty selection gives a whole new approach.
The new weapon leveling and crafting system is a nice change. Bunige is trying to do something for the players, but somehow again in his own style to force the players to push what is theirs and not the variety of gameplay that the player himself can achieve, and that he once had. Maybe you should think about some sets that are important for each class, especially which, along with certain exotics, will be something worth grinding for, fixing dop installments, etc. But at the same time, think that what we want to achieve in the game is done through the game world and by making everyone happy of quests in PVE without PVP, here I am exclusively referring to various catalysts that remain unfinished for most players because they have to do PVP. One of the disadvantages of destiny is that every thing we need to solve we have to do PVP, which in this game, unfortunately, is its worst component. And with this said, I would like to see in the future solving some of the quests as optional, so whoever wants it, go ahead, PVE or PVP. Apart from this, I would like to see the possibility that instead of 3 players in the fire team we have 4, the possibility that 4 players can finish the raid, etc. I think that some changes like this would be quality of life. However, this is just my subjective opinion. And we all know that it can be done, because we all celebrate 6 or 12 players on strike or nightfall and we like it. A seasonal artifact has been introduced into the game, which every season guides the player to play and "build a build" related to certain artifact mods, I think it would be better if the mods were unique to the classes so that players could have more options for various builds. Here I think that the mods should only refer to the builds themselves, solar void or arc.
This would mean, for example, Unstoppable, antibarrier and overload do not have to exclusively refer to handcannon and pulse rifle, scout rifle, in that season or that artifact, it would be nice if it refers to a larger group of weapons, assault rifles, sidearms, grenade launchers, etc. .and that these mods do not depend on only one type of equipment and that they are not tied only to the season, but that they are always available, something to that effect. It's nice to see the redesign of the subclasses and their 3.0 versions that have brought back the magic of destiny gameplay. Although I didn't list everything I would like because this review would go too far, I have to point out that I strongly resent Bungie for vaulting the old destinations from the beginning of the game to WQ, because after all we paid for that content and we no longer have access to it. All in all, destiny is still a good and fun game, and what makes it special are the guardian friends I made playing D2, and I hereby salute them, @AragornEllesar, @Serbon, @Loose, @Nightmare, @CrazyCat, @Iceberg. And others who are not currently in destiny but will be soon. See you guradians in the game.

And yet in the end, still with all the good and bad, try the game and decide if you like it.
