The price is fair. A really neat and engaging take on a skateboarding game. I'm hooked on the idea. And I want more.

Controls are adequate for the trick-set, but sadly it seems no flip tricks or grind/ slide variations? Only boardslide and grabs? I understand this toy scratches a particular itch, and that the chance of expansion is probably non-existent but I offer my purchase in support and in the hope that this might give birth to something more complete and infinitely more addictive.

The Ramp is an endless shred, lacking trick variety and maybe minor control refinements but ultimately a great platform for something much bigger. What it does offer is a nice, tricky little distraction with fluid and fun gameplay. The isometric miniature style is great!

If a level creator were ever possible along with more tricks I'll be throwing my wallet at the screen. And if there were any chance a future project would ever be considered, flatland parks/ sections with hips, hubbas, rails etc would be gnarly as f*%k.

10/10 for concept, execution and the flow alone.

Early Access Review
I really like what I've played so far but the seed of doubt has been planted. Buying early access and being greeted by the demo is pretty appauling. I think this is about to be my first Steam refund based solely on the fact that there is little proof of life as is.

I will not hesitate to purchase again if things improve. I'll give it another week.

PROS:

- Great atmosphere and score.
- Nice visuals (dependent on hardware).
- Engaging story , setting and tone.
- Controls decently enough during the very brief 'demo'.
- Survival in space.
- Personally I kinda like that everything is in Russian. I can handle subtitles. I'd happily play the entire finished game like that. Even better if all conversation and objective dialogues were recorded and logged for reference.

CONS:

- Very brief demo. Even for an early access title.
- Consistent delays. And the official early access build is still just the demo. WTF?
- Forum wipes due to alledged censorship by developer.
- Very little communication/ language barrier.
- Excitement levels depleting.
- Cautionary systems engaged.
- Airlock locked.
- Waiting...

Recommended, but with caution.

Simply put, Cities Skylines improves drastically on Sim City 2013 and renders Cities XL obsolete in the genre.

There's simply no better option when it comes to city builders. Sales so far reflect this. Colossul Order have capitalised on Maxis' failings and produced what we all wanted in 2013. Nice move.

With Workshop support and player generated maps/ buildings (and gameplay tweaks), there's a lot to like about Skylines.

If you have any inclination to try Skylines be assured you are getting a very steady performer with ample and continuous content for a very very generous price of entry.

For a one man dev team and a $20.00 price tag, you could get no better value than Banished.

Cannot put this one down.

Banished is deep. It's tough. But when you get to grips with the systems and nuances, your mistakes become all too apparent and this only makes you want to start again to get it right.

Buy it.

Stunning.

There could have been a few more layers on Brothers, but it achieves its ultimate goal. All be it rather quickly.

The minimalist narrative style adds a neat simplicity to the story, which is told better through the character gestures and the language like voices of the brothers. The lack of spoken word only helps to accentuate the wonderful levels and bring out the musical score. It all flies together very nicely.

The controls worked well for the most part. There were times response seemed a little testy. Especially during sections scaling walls or jumping from platform to platform. But the game hardly tests anything but your coordination.

I particularly enjoyed the ______ part.

I'd recommend highly to anyone not looking for a challenge. This is a neat, sombre little rollercoaster ride.

A Tale of Two Sons.
