Do you like Donkey Kong Country? So you'll probably like this game. It's the same type of kinect plataforming from the classic trilogy, with secret areas, collectables, the works. Good 2D visuals, good music, good gameplay, all around great fun.


I just wish the secret areas were a bit more well-hidden.

It's the classic rip-and-tear-your-way-through-the-legions-of-hell Doom action, updated to run in modern PCs, with a few extras, what else can I say?

If you want a official way to play Classic Doom, this is a great version; you get all four episodes from 1995's Ultimate Doom, with full mouse and joystick support, even with gyro aiming in case you have a dualshock 4; better framerate; a cheats menu (if you need some help and don't want to remember the codes); local multiplayer, both co-op and deathmatch; and even a few extra "add-ons", basically wads curated by ID that you can download directly from inside the game, including both parts of Final Doom and Sigil, the "unofficial-official" 5th episode made by Jonh Romero. The only downside, really, is the lack of online multiplayer.

Wow, what to say about this game... I'm not saying much so I don't spoil anything. First, the most important, despite looking like it was made using RPG Maker (I think it was, actually) this isn't a RPG, I'd say it's more like a visual novel, where the story is the thing that mathers, the "gameplay" being really shallow and I'd say even a little crude. But, oh boy, that story, that sountrack. If you want a short but touching experience, definitely get this.
10/10 Would cry like a baby again.
