I rarely feel the need to review a game, but playing this for one tutorial and a game left me with an immediate need to quit and uninstall. I know this game is in early access, but there are other games that are way more polished and don't leave me with a feeling of being trapped while in a match. This is also coming from someone who has played almost 3000+ hours of LoL.

1. It feels like there is too much in this game. Every character has 6 abilities or passives which in a 4v4 is way too much as I had no idea what was going on. The rune and augment system was too crowded as every ability has 6 or something choices to choose from. The little shard mini game just went over my head as it never came up or felt important to do.
2. The tutorial did very little to prepare for my actual match. It barely went over the characters abilities and the dummies ran into walls instead of dodging or using abilities. It just asked me to hit the dummies with every abilities and that was it.
3. I tried to get into a training mode to test the characters you unlock after doing the tutorial, but it would never put me in a game. It kept failing over and over without a proper reason to why I have to queue for a training mode. I can't learn about your characters in a proper fashion if the training mode is seemingly unacceptable and the only way to learn is either purely looking at descriptions or hopping into a game with other people.
4. The waiting time is dreadful. Spending a minute and a half after selecting a character to sit in the rune menu and waiting on everyone is not fun or exciting. Going in between rounds to spend something from 45 secs to a min just kills any momentum.
5. The runes/augments just feels forced and weird. Sure I like customizing play styles of characters and diversifying how you play every game, but having to sort through 30-40 something icons to read every one isn't fun. Something along the lines of having the main ability and 2 other augmented abilities to choose from is way more streamlined and accessible than having new players read every single one to pick from.
6. I've heard this game is buggy which is to be expected, but my character locking up not being able to use any abilities or autos isn't cool or something that shouldn't be happening even in an early access. How something like that got through, I have no idea, but it exists so be aware if you want to play. Sometimes you will just die because the game says you don't get to play.

Overall, I like what you have going, but I think it would be way easier especially to newer players to moba like games if you turned stuff down and simplified. 4 abilites plus ult, 1-2 alternate options per abilities total, and taking out or reworking the shard stuff would greatly improve things from my perspective. Battlerite is obviously your direct competitor and I have been waiting for something like this to come up. However, I can not put another minute into this game unless things get worked both on a bug level and a gameplay fundamental level. I wish you all the best, but I can not support nor recommend this game to anyone reading.
