Overall it feels like a neat little homage to classic survival horror like Resident Evil. You need to explore the spooky mansion, solve puzzles while avoiding traps and battling enemies. If one of your six team members dies, you can take over one of the remaining characters and pick up from where you left off. Weapons and key items are kept, but anything extra needs to be grabbed from your previous character's corpse.

The only major negative thing I have to say about the game, is that at certain times after combat the game bugs and you won't be able to reload for a short moment. So multiple fights in quick succession can be annoying.

An incredibly fun and intense coop game where you and your partner are separated, so neither can see each what the other is dealing with. Instead, you have to communicate over voice to pass along information to the other in order to process incoming tasks together. Meanwhile, threats also need to be dealt with. These range from nuisances that will only slightly hinder you, but also dangerous ones that will try and terminate you. While one player can be neutralized, with some luck the other could end up surviving. In doing so, both of you progress to the next day (but odds are you'll both end up dying and need to redo the day).

So grab a friend who has nerves of steel and clear communication skills, or even the exact opposite, and you'll have a blast.

Incredibly fun party game where one (or more) players play a worm trying to eat all the townsfolk (Pardners), before they can finish three tasks: Blowing up train cars blocking the rail, fueling the train, and find the train key that's randomly placed in the map.
The worm can only sense players when either they're running around in the sand (think Tremors), or when they use a scream ability that only shows pardners near the worm, even if they're off ground. The worm also gets two other ability slots that they can choose from a variety of powers like the ability to place traps, calling a sandstorm to blow pardners around. The three powers all have a cool down to them, that shorten once the sun goes down.
When the worm attacks a player, a QTE occurs where they have to press certain buttons to escape before they're gobbled up. If a pardner escapes, the worm is force to dive until they can 'heal' in order to resurface (the worm doesn't actually have health, you can't kill a worm this size)
Meanwhile, the pardners can find various tools to help them finish their tasks. A gun that, if connects, forces the worm to go underground until it fully 'heals'. A snake oil that increases max health. Also, the dynamite that you use to blow up the train cars blocking your path can be consumed by the worm, again, forcing them to retreat for a while.
The best part is that only one player needs to buy the full game, the rest can play off a free 'friend pass' version.

The game feels like what a single player adaptation of the Arkham/Eldritch Horror board game would be. The graphics, sound, and game play give off an old-school feel of a late 80s/early 90s point-and-click adventure game, with a roguelite on top that offers a bevy of events and characters to encounter. Even though it's still Early Access (and updates are rare, like once a year), I feel there's enough content to this game to make it a worthwhile buy now.

Pretty neat and quick game about the Chernobyl Divers. While not a 'scary' horror game (it's more atmospheric horror), there are still plenty of tense moments during the game. There are instances of flashing lights, and the graphic filters might not be for you, so do be warned. But, if you have a half hour or so, I'd say it's worth a play through.

A survival craft game that has a very chill vibe to it that's perfect for just jumping into after a stressful day to unwind. You can progress at your own pace, other than Bruce the shark following you, if you decide to go slow. If you want to just island hop and gather supplies, that's OK. If you want to spend some time fishing to stock up on food, that's OK. Just kick your feet up and enjoy building your raft the way you want.

Fun and cool mechanics that the game adds over time, though some might take a bit of time to get a handle with. Creepy atmosphere while not being full of cheap jump scares that get annoying rather than being scary. The only real negative is some of the text has bad grammar or spelling, which isn't too bad but I could see how they could annoy some people. Over all, I recommended it. 3 hours of fun, with hopefully more to come.

Note: I have yet to try multiplayer mode, this is based entirely off of single player.

A rather faithful adaptation of the physical board game (there are a few understandable changes). With the added benefit of actual AI to handle monster movement, and no need to setup and clean up! Plus, it's about $100 cheaper and 20 pounds lighter. The official release finally contains the campaign mode that the tabletop version was known for, while also keeping the fun Guildmaster mode that was in during early access. With the added DLCs of Jaws of the Lion and Solo Scenarios, this is getting close to being pretty complete. Forgotten Circles (Diviner class specifically) is sadly missing.

Awesome for playing some of your favorite board games with your friend and family, when you're not able to hang out with them, or just hate the setup time. A bit finicky when starting out, but quick to get a hang of.

Some things are a pain to handle (like deleting certain important objects), but can be worked around. Like if you delete a much needed asset. Save the current game state. Load a fresh game and save a copy of whatever object you deleted. Go back to your saved game, and load a copy of the object you saved into the game.

Very fun and cute hospital management game, reminiscent of Theme Hospital. The music is cheerful, the illnesses are hilarious.
