Fun Puzzles and goofy fun

Do you like spending hours walking in circles clicking on everything just to figure out where the ♥♥♥♥ to go and after all those hours still have no idea?

Do you also like dealing with enemies who ignore the mechanics of the game?

if so buy this peice of junk.

You will be delighted to find that the archer enemies get to ignore line of sight and just shoot you through walls.

The game is just boring. you spend hours trying to figure out what the ♥♥♥♥ you need to do. quest markers stick around even after you finish quests so your map becomes a cluttered mess. You never know how close you are to your next level, Levling up doesnt feel like you have gained any power, And the first part of the game revolves around "getting your power back"

Woohoo this gimmick again. at least other games understand that the enjoyment of the game is pretty low during that period and make it quick. But DOS2 doesnt want that. they want you to play levels 1-3 of an MMORPG for about 20 hours and still not make any progress.

This game is awful. Dont buy it.

Im a pretty big fan of the 1-2 bullet Kill games. So i figured id give RS2V a shot.
-Im going to compare this game to insurgency because its what it feels closest to.

I cannot reccomend buying this game over insurgency.

Its gunplay is pretty poor in comparison to insurgency. Ive had shots miss when hip shooting where my bullets would have actually had to come out the side of my barrel to have landed where they did. Its awful.

Character identification is awful. Prepare to get TKd a ton. players who customize their character can literally remove all identifying markers of what team they are one and since the marker for who is an ally is rarely on your teamate you are probably going to TK a TON.
- A huge problem is that the markers that signify Ally is never on them.... like ever. I had a teamate who 3/4 of him was visible. Just like his right leg wasnt visible. He was shirtless and no helmet so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rip ever being able to tell what team he was on without the marker. So i lit his ass up...... TK.... ♥♥♥♥.

Movement is actually just not working. Its horrible. Sometimes when you are prone and trying to move your camera will fly to the ceiling and back to the ground. Its horrendous. Also the clipping is so floaty. Ive tried getting on ladders before and it takes 3-4 tries to get on it because it just wont grab.

Now there is 0 weapon unlocks..... or customization. (not inherently a bad thing) And the bipod is just completely useless. It jacks your camera more than helping it. I had a ledge i tried to set my bipod on. instead my character started floating....... wtf. (and you have to put away the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bipod EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU SPAWN)

All in all. I cant reccomend this game. It just has so many problems. Its honestly a rip off at $25 in its current state. with all its problems i could only reccomend buying it if its on sale for $10.

If you have the itch for a fast time to kill shooter. Play insurgency. Its literally this but better in almost every way.

CS is one of the best competitive first person shooters today. It recieves constant care from valve and is very well polished. unlike other competitive multiplayer shooters Counterstrike has more than just a shooting aspect. There is also an economic strategy. planning weapon buys for you team so that you can effectively work as a team is one of the most fun part of the game. Sure you can play as just a gun, but if you take the time to learn to lead your team you will have much more fun with the game. This game definately worth being a AA title so $15 is an incredible deal for a game this well made.

Ok here is the bottom line. TF2 is AMAZING but the problem is that it sucks untill you have put in anywhere from 5-10 hours into the game due to the item drop system. the item drop system makes it to where you get an item every 45-60 min. Also with the way the gunplay is in this game it is so frustrating for a new player because chances are they have played a game like COD so they are used to the half mag rule. well in TF2 the half mag rule doesnt apply. you sometimes need a full mag or 2 full mags to kill someone. So in final the game sucks for new players but is fun for people who have played for a while
