I am a total sucker for Sana, who wouldn’t like a character that has red hair with a ponytail and is a small tsundere AND is voiced by Yoshida Mayumi? Therefore my opinion for Sana Edition is definitely biased and probably not helpful at all.

Inui Sana is the sole reason why I am buying this. You know it's a big deal if the developers decided to create a spin off for a specific character because of the popularity she was getting, and that is Inui Sana from the base game of Mashiro Iro Symphony. In Sana Edition, there are several new things being added aside from the PSP version: a few new CGs drawn by Izumi Tsubasu, new animated H-scenes, additional scenarios and Sana themed UI.

Oh dear, have you listened to the OP, Yuki wa Nani iro and the ED, Haru o Tsurete, both sung by Kotoha? No? Yeah you’re missing out a big time. They are really good, and definitely one of my favourite galge songs in 2023. In C102, Palette also sold the song disc, and even included a Yoshida Mayumi version(basically Inui Sana version) of Yuki wa Nani iro and Haru o Tsurete instead of just the Kotoha version. Man I felt like I was being pampered by Palette.

All in all, I believe that Sana Edition is only worth buying if you like Inui Sana because this is basically a spin off dedicated to Sana fans. Ever play Aokana Extra 1 and 2? Yeah maybe not exactly the same, but basically extra story dedicated to a specific heroine, which in this case, Sana. So if you’re not a Sana oshi or didn’t enjoy reading Mashiro Iro Symphony, this is just not meant for you.

Can’t wait to see what Palette is going to cook for us with their next new project. If there is one in the near future that is…
