While I personally love this game and come back to it fairly often there is no deny it's far from perfect. The gameplay is repetitive and basic. There is a lot of filler in both main game and DLC content as well. That being said the story is well worth the gameplay loop, in my opinion. Characters like Lincoln Clay, John Donovan, and Sal Marcano are well written and engaging.
I would say that if the repetitive loop of busting up criminal rackets doesn't appeal to you (understandable), the story is good enough to warrant looking up a cutscene compilation on youtube.

7/10. I enjoy it but it's not for everybody.
