why do the button mappings reset after every boot up and at random times in world tour... wanted to like it but just cant. will stick to good sf games like 3, 4 and even 5.... fingers crossed this one ends up good like 5 did in the end.

You get to do a small campaign and hit level 5 then they literally REQUIRE you spend at least 5 dollars on microtransactions to continue the main quest LMFAO. Complete and utter trash. Pathetic to call your game free to play when this is a requirement to even get past the 1 hour mark.

This feels like its missing what makes osrs good. it isn't just slapping insane grinds on stuff (500 levels per skill in this and after about 40 the xp needed for the next is exponential to the extreme) In OSRS Its the feeling of progression. Every level potentially unlocking a whole new skill or quest to obtain new items locked behind them or, example, getting higher herblore by farming the seeds you got from slayer to make prayer pots to be able to grind MORE slayer. Everything slides into other skills quite nicely. The skills in Brighter Shore feel so isolated and apart. Cooking is only for making money and to use the resources from fishing (no eating food) so on and so forth. No trading, each tiny room or "cell" is instance based so any interaction you have with someone will end if one of you step from that block. You can add them yes but it just makes people rarely talk. It just feels like the most isolated MMO ever and im not sure why its even called that in the first place. I DO like the graphics and the auto skilling. Hoping for the future of the game <3

Seems like there's zero depth. Early game is also a complete snooze fest. Thousands of others of this copy past genre with at least minimal depth.

They simply added the word Aeternum to this flamming pile. It's the exact same extremely dull, extremely dead mmo its been since about a month after its launch. Also if you played around launch you might remember them saying they won't charge for expansions... they lied... also there's battle passes now that give you xp boosts, gold, materials and everything else that ruins the market and has officially made it pay to win. Nothing new here, please don't get tricked with the "re-release". There's a dozen other mmos that aren't as near as scummy as this dumpster fire.
