(Xe/Xhe) I transitioned about a couple years ago to pass off my trump supporter gym rat parents and never had any problems with
my neovagina until recently.

Flies have been a huge problem for me in my transhouse and as a xoman of color I never really paid it any mind, but as I was pleasuring myself with my sounding rod I saw something weird. At first I thought it
may be some off-color discharge but then it started to move and I realized a maggot just popped out of my neovagina. I shrieked and cried for an hour before realizing there must
be more, so I went to the bathroom and started to dig.

Sure enough, more maggots fell out into the toilet water and I began to panic. I put a tampon over my neovagina and rushed to the doctor, who was very transphobic and I
do not want to go into it much, but he didn't help at all. I asked around already but all I got were trolls trying to invalidate me as a xoman. This seems to be a generally safe
space. Does anyone have any solution?
