This user is involved with a game inventory scamming website known as "csgolucky13," this company on the surface appears to be a simple gambling website, however after numerous reports of "bugs" I took a deeper look into this new steam service. This websites dns records point to a server in Arizona (after Cloudflare), however the ICANN regrestration points to a Russian regrestration company known as reg.ru. Although the company is real, the ICANN Whois records are writen in ISO (also known as english) which shouldn't be possible from a Russian user. Also, on the website {LINK REMOVED}http://csgolucky13.com/ the user is told to deposit items to gamble in hopes of profit, however if they go win, the currency is confiscated by the website requiring a deposit of 8 us dollars to release funds. Reguardless of the users decision the website quickly removes the users currency and permissions to use chat or to use the website at all. This user is complisit in this scam because, it messages other users on the Steam network requesting a deposit of 8 dollars so he can withdraw his "skins," soon after regestering the user is given hundreds of dollars worth of the websites currency. (This function is impossible to a user of the website; thus proving complicity). After the user recieves its currency, it tries to withdraw which asks for more "skins". From users of the steam community, please take this report under advisement.
