Empire Total War is certainly one of the best games in the total war series. The graphics are astounding and the animations are much improved from medieval II total war. The grand campaign is vast and will take a few weeks to complete, assuming that one were to play consistently for a few hours a day. This game also introduces sea-based battles in real time for the first time ever. It may not seem like much, but the dynamics and the sounds of said sea battles are amazing.
