Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys the grind of a loot based shooter and MMORPG.

The campaigns aren't the best, especially Shadowkeep, so I'd wait until they are on sale to buy, but the free to play style fits this game pretty well.

The endgame content, especially the raids, Last Wish, Garden of Salvation, and Deep Stone Crypt, are fantastic; the PvP is chaotic, a bit unbalanced, but surprisingly fun; and the strikes are grindable and challenging, especially on Master or Grandmaster difficulties. We don't talk about Gambit though, which is still a bit of a mess, even after its recent revitalization with Beyond Light.

I'm also not a huge fan of sunsetting so many weapons and armor at once, but hopefully the meta will improve once more gear is introduced.

All in all, worth a try with free to play, but maybe a bit too much if you want access to the full experience.
