Mild Spoilers ahead---




Despite the fact that Emily is Away only has 1 ending the game draws you in so much that I found myself replaying and trying to change the ending, despit knowing there was only one ending. To me this demonstrates a deep characterization of the characters which is even more impressive as the game is entirely text based. Additionally the throwback to earlier 2000s is strong with the sound effects and windows all being straight nostaligia. Seriously one of the best free to play games on steam.
