Warframe's Railjack as a standalone game

You won't get it at first, and that's okay. Watch gameplay of all the classes, play 4p+ co-op as early as possible, use vc, and be friendly.

The community is great, and the main loop is fun.

Gave this a positive review despite feeling like it's a 4/10 even in just its own niche. If you've played any Survivors-like, this is the same except all the weapons are of the type you'd expect to start with in Rust-likes.

What I mean to say is: the bow shoots arrows, the spike ball spins around you, the sword does a melee arc swing, and all the summons just kinda follow you around.

It's not _terrible_, but the lack of content and interesting builds makes this a slog. It feels more tedious than fun, and it never truly rewards you for growth besides your runs getting smoother.

There's 5-10 maps, 5-10 characters, and 5-10 weapons. Go play 20 Minutes Till Dawn instead.

Completely unoriginal, massive lack of content

There's no one playing, which is a good thing because the game is a buggy mess.

It's like Travian with 1 week servers and an avg of 10 players per server. Also, somehow none of those 10 players have played Travian.

From a core MH fan, LR game play felt like a button masher with 0 difficulty. HR gets a little better. Roster feels very light, but lots of QoL buffs.

Hunting Horn has been a blast 🎶

100%'d in ~20min, but decent short game

Great for short pick-up games, but not something anyone is going to take serious.

A ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 1:1 PvP clicker. All growth is passive, the achievements are underwhelming and all of the "click/idle/play for x duration" variety. The UI is never explained.

Absolute garbage. If it wasn't free, I'd demand more than I paid in my refund.

I've seen better indie games get made in a weekend game jam. Avoid.
