This is pretty much HK in another kingdom and harder.
I would only recommend it if you liked HK and want more.
The best part is still the exploration.
The quest tracking is nice but farming quests are bad.
I beat HK at least 4 times but I don't think I will replay Silksong because it is way more a pain on purpose.
It took me 40h for the basic ending blind and I had to look up how to continue, starting act 3 at 48h and finishing it at 64h.

Good:
- Having the dash/sprint so early is great.
- I love Drifter's Cloak, it adds a lot to how much you can control Hornet. The goofiness makes it even better.
- The crest system is cool.
- The combat is faster and more precise.
- Many spectacular areas and moments.

Bad:
- My main problem with HK still remains: touching enemies counts like a hit. Particularly when there are so many fights against multiple enemies in tight spaces, some enemies teleport and it also takes 2hp against some enemies.
- The run to MANY bosses is still an unnecesary pain.
- Too much RNG in bosses.
- I feel like I have to pay everywhere I go.
- The 30 rosaries toll every time to access that merchant feels bad, particularly when you don't know it in your first game.
- Too many rosaries unlocks in early areas or areas where you can't farm them.
- Some times it looks like you could grab on a cliff and you don't.
- I got over 900 shell shards before I could find my first tool to spend them.
- The tool binding being the skill binding + up/down sucks because it is very easy to use the skill by mistake, potentially losing your ability to heal in a critical moment. You can change the binding but it will always be skill + up/down.
- After being defeated Last Judge can explode and kill you, even with 6hp. And then you have to kill it again.
- The Conductor fight was too long.
- Normal enemies don't drop shell shards during "boss fights".
- Maggot debuff: 3 areas and 2 bosses.
- Sinner's Road: platorming + enemies + maggots + no bench (unless you know...). And I did the Mist from there.
- Playing music costs silk.
- The Unravelled is one of the most tedious bosses I have ever done. I did it before finding the double jump.
- Some quests don't appear unless you have done very specific and unnecesary things, like meeting a NPC over many locations in the Citadel.
- The mandatory lava section in act 3.

Now that I have finished my rating for all the parts is something like: 2 >> 4 > 3 > 1
So... I like part 2 a lot but I also like the rest and I think it is great that every part is a bit different.

I particularly liked the end game feeling of this part. I is harder but, as if the game is telling you to get serious but also it allows you to get crazy amounts of gold in order to become as strong as you need.
I also like how the actions of your previous games were made relevant in this part.
I found the ending to be ok.
Maybe I missed them but I didn't find almost any ways to get rations in this game, not that I needed much of them anyway. So I don't know if they were scarce or if I was bad at finding them.

I think the limitation on rewind is ok. As far as I know the only thing you need to finish this game is some basic magic items and the knowledge to pass the Throben doors, which you can learn during the game and you can even check your spellbook if you forget.
Therefore it is not important how long does it take you or how many times you die unless it is much much more than a normal person (I think I died 3 times).

I had never played a mecha game before, but I decided to try this since I have thousands of hours in FromSoftware's games, in which I have done SL1, no death and other challenges. I found that this didn't matter and AC6 was a new challenge, having to learn to play in 3D, 4 weapons and without iframes.
I find it more similar to Nioh than recent FromSoftware's games.

In general I like the game and it's great that it's different and I look forward to similar things in the future.
I both like and dislike that you can replay missions in order to get more money. This means you can buy everything if you spend enough time, instead of getting good at the sorties.

I like:
- There is a high skill ceiling. Of course missions can be trivialized with certain setups, but that is common in RPGs.
- The simplicity and complexity of the AC assembly.
- Checkpoints and supply points in missions.
- You can buy and sell items as many times as you want without taxes. This helps a lot for build experimentation since you don't have to upgrade weapons (you get all the OS parts in NG+).
- Pretty cool mechs, environment and missions.
- The graphics and performance are a step up for FromSoftware.
- Tutorials, combat simulation and weapon previews.
- Harder and unique missions after NG.

I don't like:
- The explanations of several gear mechanics. If I have to search the web in order to understand them then they are no descriptive enough.
- There is an issue with flickering increasing the longer you play, it looks like the refresh frequency gets desynced. I spend an afternoon trying to fix it to no avail. I can still play but it makes it annoying.
- I find the plot to be mostly generic nonsense and repetitive. I do like the premise and the faction conflict but I think the execution is bad.
- As a noob it looks to me like some gear choices are way too strong. Like some weapons are supposed to be better against certain types of enemies but they are still not even close to the weapons that are good against everything.
- You only get ranks from re-playing a mission, even if you would have got an S rank on your first time.
- It's a bit short and re-playing misisons doesn't make up for it.
- 1 of the 3 endings is only possible in NG++.

almost everything is easy to understand, but I would like some kind of in game wiki/guide in order to be sure about how some things work like armor, cooldown/enemy speed and the range of nearby

another thing I don't like is that some icons are hard to tell apart
I would also like some way to discern types of objects, eg have a keybinding for giving gnomes a border to find them easier
it would be nice to have buttons to move the camera in order to be able to play only with the mouse without needing the keyboard for it

there is not a lot of content but it is replayable enough for the price

Anmeldelse for emne med tidlig adgang
this is my first idle game, I found it interesting and I liked the time I spend on it, but I think I am already getting bored of doing the same thing over and over again

I found the interface and a couple of mechanics to be confusing even with the help sections

I recommend giving this a try, it's free

This is much more action packed and less survival horror than other Resident Evil games.
I still don't like this combat system but it is much friendlier than other RE games.
The storage is better too, so that's great, but it's still rather limited at times.

The game in general is well done, but not amazing.
The plot, as usual with RE, is bad and rather cliche/boring most of the time.
Having a merchant and the weapon trials are nice mechanics but they break the immersion completely.

This is a good game, but I like more other soul likes.
I played this with a friend. We did 5 runs together, with all the endings, randomizer, no vestiges and withered health (ironman).
I got this in Q4 2024, so the performance and balance issues were already dealed with, but I was pleased to see they still release some more updates.

I like:
- Build variety is nice. There are some very op builds though.
- The bosses were great. I think they had a lot of fun with them and it shows.
- Performance was good.
- The builtin new game modifiers, allowing harder runs and game changers like randomizer.
- I did not play the previous game, but I didn't feel like I was missing out while playing.
- Being able to resurrect your summon co-op is great.
- The host can only die while they are in the umbral realm and they go into the umbral realm instead of dying if they are in the normal realm, meaning the host hast 2 lives in many scenarios.
- Being able to punish mimics makes finding them a reward when you learn this.

I don't like:
- I expected a more varied enemy pool and areas. Particularly umbral enemies get old fast. I also expected more colors in the game from the trailer.
- Some enemies are just boring to fight.
- The movement is rather clunky, the Dark Souls 2.
- The camera lockon priority is probably the worst I had in any souls like. There were many instances were I had an enemy in front of me a few meters away and instead it would lock on to an enemy far away.
- It's a shame there is no seamless co-op progression. This is something that I love from Elden Ring's seamless co-op mod and Remnant and I can't help but want it in every co-op experience.
- Several times I dropped down like a stone because my jump didn't trigger.
- I find the parry timming odd.

This is like Vampire Survivors but with less stuff but better balanaced.
It also has less hidden mechanics and interactions, making it easier to build your characters. In general Brotato is very intuitive, even if you have not played anything like it before.
It has been a while since I last played VS but I think I like Brotato a bit more.

Kind of a 50/50

Good:
- Secondary bosses
- New gear
- New class

Bad:
- Final boss. Having a DPS check with instant death is absurd. This boss should not be included in the boss rush either.
