Moniter-ish stuff?
I play with one moniter and i usually max out the contrast in my moniter and make my brightness 0, in game my brightness is 1.6. Nvidia brightness 42% Contrast 100%, Digital Vibrance 100%, i also use VibranceGUI to further increase my digital vibrance.

I normally play with stereo speakers but only in competitive i use my Cheap Plantronics headsets with mic.
