If you are Latin American, do not buy the game, many start playing on SA island, but when you have to go to another map the ping goes up a lot because there are no other DLCs SA. The reason is quite simple, the Latin American market does not exist for this company. At first there were SA servers, but the company would rather have a 5-player US server than a forty-player SA server. On updates, servers come back online except SA, servers come back online and SA servers come back an hour or two later, and the last message shows that they will no longer exist. I am not saying the company is racist, but time has shown that the company is not prepared for the Latin American market.
