Saw your Thread on the "There was a problem loading this screenshot" problem.
To solve it, try the following as a solution:

1) CLOSE and EXIT Steam completely (including Exiting Steam from System Tray)
2) Goto 760 folder ( "D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\316570250\760" )
3) Delete "screenshots.vdf" file (DO NOT delete anything else)
4) Reopen Steam (this will reupload your screenshots to Steam)

This worked for me. Just as good practices, make BackUp copies of anything you delete, before deleting them.
