Got this in humble bundle choice.
Great narrative / walking simulator without a lot of gameplay mechanics, it's very very linear and there isn't much gameplay after all.
However the setting and story are really good, I love dystopian future and this one is really well done. Voice acting is top notch, graphics are outstanding most of the time, story is great.
The main gimmick is the detective work with the gadget that can rewind time. Imo It's too linear, you can't do anything else than what's planned. But it's still graphically impressive and fun to see what really happened in the crime scenes.
Game is short, choices matters for the ending (good / bad + variants).

Recommended, even at full price.

Game is fun but flawed and with more time it could be really good.
For a little team it's definitely worth the price imo, but it has some big issues atm.
Graphics are great, runs fine (but I have a 4090), no suttering on my rig (it's an UE game).
Playing with a wheel is very hard, I'm not really good in drifting and I had to practice for like 2hrs before winning the first race (and setting the game on easy)... this shows my main issue with the game and that's the balance : you are thrown in a race with a bad car and no experience at all, it's very frustrating and it keeps happening.
After that you get your own car and you have to do a Drift contest, except your car is stock and almost can't drift while your opponent has an overtuned drift car... you can see the issue.
The AI is also really bad, traffic or opponent it's the same.

Apart from that, map is gorgeous and varied, finally a game with real narrow roads. It might be the best map in any arcade racing game (played most of the others).
Lastly OST is glorious, eurobeats is so good it feels like I'm in intial D. Love it !!

I've only played two levels and it's very very good, gameplay is different from 2016 and eternal. In this game, the slayer is kind of a tank in a pinball machine, you can dash on enemies and zap around the battlefield like a maniac.
Graphics are a big step up while still running great, and now there is an impressive destruction system with good physics to complement. Gore/dismemberment is also really good.
Will update :)

Early Access Review
It's quite good so far, basic survival gameplay combined with pals you can use as companions/slaves.
Plenty of things to unlock and craft, runs well and looks okay, it could be updated with more modern lighting and more elaborate scenery. Right now I found the map to be way too barren.
Melee combat is okay but too simple, ranged combat varies depending on the weapons but I find the first lever rifle fun to use at least (just unlocked the pistol).
Recommended so far, it's cheap and there is already a lot of content

Didn't like it despite loving every other games made by the lead dev or in the same genre (limbo-insidie-planet of lana etc).
It's fine there is no explanation as usual, but imo gameplay is too simplistic (only one button is used) and while I can appreciate the puzzle design (it's quite innovative using the mini world etc) it's just boring.
The two bosses I fought were uninsteresting, music wasn't memorable. Graphics are fine but nothing special.

Some might like it, but I didn't (at least the time I played).

Okay okay I'm addicted, tried the demo and was instantly sold.
Looks and runs good enough, everything just works, no crashes or bugs at all it's quite impressive honestly.

Gameloop is crazy addictive, can't wait to force my friends to buy and play it :)

Edit : I've done most of the available content : 4 dealers, all properties, and 2 businesses. It's still very addictive, the gameloop is well done there is always something to do.
Content is already consequent and I can't wait to see what will be added, there is a really good foundation0
However optimisation needs works, when you start to have many properties and employees the game starts to stutter a lot (like every 2 sec) and it's really unpleasant.
Also employees needs works sometimes they don't work at all.

Great start for an early access, easily recommended.

It's a really good cozy builder game, no warfare only construction.
Looks good (4 presets for lighting but no day night cycle as usual in this genre), however it's demanding I'm averaging 70 fps at 4k max on a 4090 / 12700k.
It's really time consuming and addictive as usual, I like the freeform nature of building houses etc but it can be a pain in the ass when you have to place and rotate everything to look good (no grid at all). Also some systems and controls are not really good (moving construction for ex). UI is not very good when you are Building monuments too.
Otherwise plenty of content, gameloop is very addicitve, it's not hard and you can make a pretty and big town. Recommended :)

So far this is good but very alpha.
Driving model is nice, very weighty and drifty like the first. Suspension seems improved but I need to play more.
Controller's rumble is missing right now.
Wheel binding was broken at launch and apparently fixed but I didn't test yet.
Physics, deformation, graphics are much improved, it's looking very good and runs great even with 24 cars. The only issue right is that the ground clutter appears only 10m before the car.
Multiplayer works well but UI needs work (filters for example).
Content is very poor right now, only custom race or derby on 3 tracks (+1 test area) and 4 cars. No career, customisation or championship etc.

I like it a lot already, MP is ton of fun, can't wait for more content. First big update is coming in may with 2 cars and a track (I think).

This is by far the best coop game ever created. Before it was It Takes Two and now this is it.
Everything is incredible, graphics and optimisation are top notch.
Story is nice (if not a bit classic) but french dub is well done.
The variety of gameplay is outstanding, I think there is every genre from racing to metroidvania. And everything works well which is quite an achivement.
The way the screen is splitted or not during gameplay is still impressive (as it was in It Takes two).
If you have a friend (online or not) you should absolutely play this. It's cheap and the second player doesn't have to pay, there is no other games or studio like this.

EDIT after finishing it : I confirm this is indeed the best coop game ever made, the end was mindblowing honestly.
I should add that the game is incredibly polished, and the graphics/optmisation are fantastic. It's always splitted so it renders two screens at once yet it still runs at 120+ (while looking amazing).
