Had this game in my library for 2 or so years, which was a huge mistake. Don't sleep on this!

I wan to recommend, I loved the first game so much. This one though, very rough and hard to play.

The simulation seems completely awful, same game loop no matter how I build, sims can be easily manipulated and trade is not well connected.

Honestly what drove me to write this review was the got dang sewers and water pipes. Connecting them is so infuriating if there is even a slight difference in terrain it is near impossible. They snap to different random places without connecting. After trying for 5 minutes to get a new sewage outlet connected I gave up and exited the game.

Revised to say some of the sewers were fixed, but the game constantly crashing still in 2024 is just appalling. Still just a terrible game. My game time is only from being afk at the title screen.

Excellent game. Fun combat, beautiful and creative environments, challenging boss fights and an ok story for end of the world type stuff. I hope for more content or a Remnant 3 someday!

Ubisoft has pee pee pants

Buggy mess, hard to play even a month after release. Not deck playable even at all, barely runs on my 3070TI. Was hoping the devs would fix, seems they don't care. Had high hopes.

Back to update my review, game is still awful and now controller support wont work. I finally sat down to try get my moneys worth by playing this game, and now I can't get any controller to work unless I go through insane steps to open the EA app as a non steam game and turn off Steam controller input, even then it only works 50% of the time.

Absurd EA has such a buggy incompetent mess.

Yes I do want to update my review, to include that removing the duo game mode every other week is extremely annoying.

Sure the HOTAS is a bit wonky, the story is short (but fun enough), and there is no B- Wing... but the graphics and game play is great. Looks amazing on the HP Reverb and is fast while not making you sick.

But when it comes down to it, the overall large erection from sitting in an x-wing cockpit is well worth the price of admission.

This game is loads of fun!

The locomotion system is great compared to what is out there and the fast pace gameplay is very entertaining.

Sure, the community is small, but this in general is new, give it time.

Keep up the good work devs, I'll keep playing!
