Oh man how i loved this game when it first came out on ps2. So bear in mind that my opinion is not completly unbiased.

In my opinion did the game aged well and you can certainly enjoy it as a new player even today. The cutscenes were top of the line during the original release and are even today nice to look at. The Fights are the main driving force of this game, and even though the controlls are a little bit unusall is it a blast to make his way through enemy forces.

Minus points are:
- the puzzles(if you even want to call them puzzles) because they are to easy
- Mission transition(Every mission is an instanze so between them you get to an mission select window)
- loading between points in missions(Yeah was standart at release but a track today)
- Camera handeling(Sometimes fixed camera, sometimes not, and real controll of the camera is missing)

But the plus points over weight in my opinions the negatives:
+ Cool story
+ Best Hack and Slash fighting
+ Different weapons and attacks
+ Deamons!!!
+ Prior knowledge of DmC is not necessary

So if you want to jump into dmc, want to enjoy a good Hack and Slash, or just want to prepare before the new one comes out, buy this game!!

Realy nice game. Was skeptic first, but the buy was totaly worth it. The Story is nice to follow, the enemys are hard but not to hard to rage every time u die, and if u die ur only losing scraps and not the rest of your inventory.
Its a game for Hack and Slasher(DMC style) and Souls fans, so for everybody who knows, death is not the end^^.

Short info on the side: If you have an AMD 480 be sure to use the latest "optional" drivers and to deactivate V-Syn. If you have a blue blur on the beginning of the game or constant lags, make sure to follow my advice.

But its nice to see that the game has only probs that can be fixed!

In short: Great game, but a few performance issues.
In Long: This was my first Telltale Game, so I was a little bit worried about the "gaming" aspect of this game. But I quickly felled in love when I smashed my first opponent in the window and got shot because I didn’t push the button in the right time.
The decision you have to make a complex and you instantly know that most of them have a greater meaning but. It’s an interesting mix of Bruce Wayne and Batman and the game got me hocked for more.
If you enjoy Batman/Story Telling or Comic Film, is this definitely a game worth its money.

Dante is back!

DmC zeigt passend, dass neu nicht immer schlecht sein muss.
Action reiches Gameplay und fetter Sound sorgen für reichlich Spass und wer die neu interpretation einer bekannten Geschichte und auf alte features verzichten kann, wenn er dafür ein paar neue bekommt, der findet hier ein Spiel, dass nach wie vor seines gleichen sucht.

Auch wenn Ninja Theory mit ein paar liebgewonnen Dingen bricht, wie die große Auswahl an Waffen, den Grafik stil und Dantes Haaren, schaffen sie es doch ein gutes Spiel hinzustellen.

Es gibt mangel, dass ist klar, zum beispiel auch die kurze Spielzeit von nur max. 10 Stunden, aber das Spiel ist ein gelungener Auftakt und lässt für die Zukunft hoffen.

Wer die alten DmC Teile liebte, sollte dieses Spiel nicht verpassen.
