Peace deal mechanism is riddiculus. I did 70% of the job defeating germany, and during peace deal I could only negotiate taking anything from nationalist Spain, resulting losing all occupied territory, even my cores to new "Republican Germany".

There should be option to veto land grab if I am occupying territory.
