Alone, Monaco is a solid top-down stealthy crime game, but it's probably at its most fun to fail play with friends. I had equal fun running coordinated team break-ins as much as I did arguing with everyone when everything eventually goes wrong.
It had a lot of free content like PvP, map builders, and extra storyline campaigns pumped in since its release and it's all pretty good. If you see the 4-pack on sale, I'd try to get some people in on it.
