I like this game, the shooting and movement feels very satisfying. I have a lot of fun running and gunning which is the whole premise when you're playing one of the high speed rogues. I've played a lot of shooters and I remember most of them used to refuse to go cross platform because it wasn't fair. However, this game includes Xbox and Playstation players. If you have common sense, good tracking, and recoil control, this game is ridiculously easy. Which may be why I'm so addicted to it. Every game I'm top frag and MVP and sometimes I feel bad because I'm just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on console players, but I love it. Definitely recommend.

This game is super rewarding with how slowly it introduces new things you can craft. Each island is a new adventure and there's even bosses at some islands. New animals to fight, better weapons to help, and the opportunity to build your Raft into something bigger than you'd ever think. Highly recommend, I've enjoyed every moment on this game and even the story is a lot of fun to follow.

It's a really fun game and I genuinely enjoy it. Too many people wanting to play teen though and the lobby queue times are worse than 2016 Dead By Daylight. #LobbySim

**Edit**

Since trying to play as teen takes so long, I played some games as the monster. It's ridiculous how easy it can be. One of my games lasted less than 3 minutes. I don't know why there's a review saying this is a 4v1 bully sim. Man is delusional.
On the other hand, there were some games where I got messed up, but my win ratio is higher as monster than teen. Depending on who you are, that's the way it should be. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I was not told by the game devs to leave a positive review. No, absolutely not. After more than 6 playthroughs, I was not brain washed by the same dialog into saying something good. I promise, it's worth the buy. You have a materialist with daddy issues, a beefy mommy to hold you at night, a fiery dragon girl who might erupt at any minute, and a soft sadboi who will likely cry. Definitely a wide variety of super uncommon (actually very common) character tropes, to choose from. We love this. Regardless, was fun. Can't 100% the achievements since one is supposedly bugged or hasn't been found yet. :)

I got this game way back in like 2015 I think, and I never touched it or liked it much. To be honest, I had no motivation to play it until I started watching a lot of Rust youtubers, like Welyn and Stevie. They ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ destroy people in this game, and so do a lot of others. I hate that they make it look so easy but the pvp is legit difficult and I'm garbage at it. Although big props to the creators because the iron sights are super nice and you don't really need attachments.

This game is a lot like a more realistic Minecraft, but with guns. You hit trees, you hit rocks. You hit trees, you hit rocks. It's an endless cycle. You start from nothing and get to something, you accumulate loot and learn to craft things you couldn't before. This game is addictive, but it's infuriating. It's not noob friendly in any way, it's especially difficult when you're just starting out. There's metas and strats to this game, like ways to build bases and the quickest way to get loot. Although once you get raided, it's kind of like game over until the next wipe. Ultimately though, it depends on the person. I know lots of people that keep going regardless. Big balls. So many things go into this, like the base you build and especially where you'll be putting it on the map. Depending on the monuments you're next to, there'll be more or less action. Also based on if you're near snow/desert/mountains, will be dependent on the type of nodes you'll get more of; which is important.

This game is cool because you don't have to play with a group, you don't have to be on servers with clans of 8 - 10 + people. Modded exists so if you don't have time to no-life grind it out like all the 14 year olds on the game, then you can get onto 3x+ servers. I play a lot of solo/duo/trios and 3x, because it's not a crazy grind, but it's also not an obscene amount of loot. This game is even designed for people who don't have any friends, there's solo only servers out there for you. Thank the other loners for thinking of that one.

There's just so much opportunity in this game, every wipe is different, there's always going to be new opponents you're going up against, and different ways you climb up the "from nothing to something" ladder. I don't know what makes me like this game. It's toxic, filled with KOSers, and ultimately disgusting. Yet, there's some sort of draw. I don't know whether I hate it or love it, but that's also why there's wipes and I can take breaks and collect myself after I get angry at little kids.

I feel like this game doesn't have nearly as big of a playerbase as it should, and I really wish it did! I truly enjoyed this game when I played the beta, and afterwards the developers gave the game away free to any of the testers - which is amazing.
They also did a free weekend recently, and I pretty sure those people recieved the game for free as well.

I would just like to know why the playerbase is so low, as far as I can tell, it's a fast paced shooter that resembles any previous games, and should have a pretty steady amount of people on it. Instead, it's at a shortage and takes a while to find lobbies. They did a pretty good job with it, and I could see myself spending countless hours on it with friends if it was more widely played. Although it's kind of difficult to buy more champions, once you find one, it's kinda easy to stick to one. Since the only way they're unique is through their abilities, speed, and hitbox size. Otherwise, everyone can get the same guns (obviously), and there's no extreme advantage on who you play.
They also have three types of lootboxes, which drop cosmetics for each champion. One of which can be bought with currency which you get by playing the game. (For anyone that cares).

Point is it's a good game, and it's so fast paced with fast respawns, that it doesn't get too awfully tiring. I highly recommend it.

I don't recommend this game.
They filed a lawsuit for copyright against Fortnite and then backed out of the claim. The developers only work on things when there's competition, (for example, they added something similar to the Battle Pass system in Fortnite) and they tried to ride the hype train for as long as they could before they actually started making the game any better.
I feel like the only reason people play this game is because it's a bit more realistic than other battle royales and has been around longer, but that game genre is slowly dying out anyways.
I never enjoyed PUBG, and I even have 10x the hours on H1Z1 which is now, unfortunately, a free game when I spent like $60 on it in 2014/15.
I'd like to see this game die out because the developers are lazy, and Fortnite (running on the same engine) has shown how much more work could be put into the game, as PUBG has tried to follow up on that.

I got this game within the last few weeks, and I don't think I've ever felt more like I got my moneys worth in a game.
In so many games now there's paywalls, or so little for what you give, yet this game just offers so much and more! The story is amazing, and lures you in more as you play. You feel as though you're really living through the lore, and can empathize with everything. It's intense, accurtely hitting every note of your emotions; it fills you with excitement, anger, and fear. The game throws red herrings at you, and develops other characters personalities for you to choose whether or not you want to side with them.
I can not explain how much I love this game, and the prologue, Before the Storm, with any amount of words that exist. They're fantastic and both have replay value. You can do runs for the achievements which are either photography or graffiti. You can change the ending, you can change your answers to all your previous choices. I will endlessly recommend both of those games to my friends - and on top of that, they both go on sale semi-regularly.
Don't wait for this game, it's addictive, and I regret putting off buying it. I will never ever get enough of it. I'm excited for all upcoming content in this game, and any new games they may release. You can tell how hard the developers work to make this game amazing. I could not be any more appreciative for that.

I also wrote a guide on Before The Storm :), check that out too.
