Needs more meat in the base game. It's OK, could be great yet the devs do not wish to see that to fruition. HEAVILY depends on modding to make it fun

The AI generated art kinda sucks in the game, even if done by devs it just looks like soulless and cobbled together concepts rather than purposely and artistically made art. It looks lazy is what I'm saying and this just seems like a re-polish of the previous installment rather than anything terribly NEW.
