It's the father of todays fps(grandfather being the quake and doom games) and it's still fun.

I pushed a police officer across all Liberty City and when i stopped he said:

"Hey, I can bust you!"

I then proceded to push him into the water.
He was fine with it.

Moral: Cops in GTA games dont have Enhanced Fish AI
