I enjoyed this a lot more than I was expecting. The combat is satisfying, the story gets surprisingly emotional and the Frozen Wilds DLC included has some of the best stuff in the game. Would recommend.

In an industry full of pondscum that wring all the money, trust and good faith from their playerbase that they can manage, Larian made something that's more complex, more charming and more FUN than pretty much all of the dross that we've been bombarded with for the last few years.

Videogames might still have a future, I can dare to dream.

Feels a lot like playing a good tabletop rpg with friends. Great combat, fun quests and a great deal of freedom when it comes to completing either.
