It will never be balanced, but just the sheer amount of mods alone makes the game very worthy and enjoyable. It is immersive and fun, has huge replay potential and can be challenging depeding on which country you play and what path you choose. The addition of several new mechanics with the free updates after every DLC also added a lot of flavor to an otherwise sligthly plain gameplay experience. You will probably like this game a lot if you enjoy WWII history and strategy games.
