It is the best iteration of the two point series, a lot of QoL and they keep coming up with good patches fixing all the friction points. Can't wait for a DLC.

Just pure excellence, is it perfect? no, is it almost perfect? absolutely. 10/10

All the updates since launch is making a positive impact. They are clearly listening to the community and we can see that with addition of tools that they have never even thought of adding to CS1. In my opinion CS2 is miles better game than CS1 which became city landscape editor with some simulation where CS2 actually gets better and better and making you the player responsible for running the city successfully. If on the fence I would wait and follow the patches but I believe they will nail it down as its already a better game than CS1.

First of all, good writing, characters and story.

Game is incredibly buggy, UI breaks all the time, often forcing the player into decisions before being able to fully understand them. It's impossible to plan anything because events just happen randomly, especially in the "winter" its insanely easy to get stuck with game ending setup where just 1 min ago everything would have been fine. It's hard to understand how to balance things in such a way that another week can be successful. Later into the game difficulty is nothing but arbitrary and frustrating, I wish there was an option to turn off this nonsense so I could get the rest of the story and be done with it.
