Life is very short, try to do whatever it is that makes you happy. Try to experience new things when opportunity allows you. If you spend all your life on a computer or in solitude, you may come to regret it later.

That doesn't mean that it is wrong to enjoy a hobby, especially one that is as expensive as gaming.
But always keep in mind that there is more to life than video games.
