A flawed gem.
This game was one of the best detective experiences I've had, but I would describe it as Resident Evil without the combat (or zombies). Some puzzles are more abstract in nature, but some are much more straightforward if you compile the right evidence. A lot of the codes and keys you find will not progress the story necessarily, but will help flesh out the lore of what really happened. One thing I will say is that a lot of the text reads as being written by someone who is ESL, but if you can ignore some overstated sentences and misspelled words the story is still incredibly captivating.

Graphics and style are great, but the gameplay and story are so excruciatingly linear, as well as the game having undisclosed AI assets.

The best DLC ever. No question. 11/10

A stylish, fun, fast paced FPS. Easily one of the most memorable indie games I've played. 10/10

This game roped me in from the very first time I played it, with a force of attraction straight out of the supernatural. With an addictive gameplay loop that can be completed in 1-2 hours, WORLD OF HORROR is truly an indie horror gem, up there among Inscryption and SIGNALIS. Even at 9 hours in I've only seen about a third of the games current content, which gets frequent updates. I could not recommend this more to anyone who is a fan of Japanese mythology/Junji Ito. Get this instead of Ghostwire Tokyo.
