A fantastic and strong addition to the Alien franchise that takes you back to the first movie. This game holds back on nothing as it tries its best to scare the living daylights out of you, and makes it addictive at the same time. I think that for many people my hours on this game may say it all, and that's only the online hours. This many hours with repeated playthroughs and I am still willing to give it another try. It's a game that makes you think "What if I did it differently like this?".

Let's get to the story and gameplay:
(WARNING: THERE MAY BE SPOILERS AHEAD)
Story:
The game is set 15 years after the events of the first movie, Alien, and follows the story of Amanda Ripley, the daughter of Ellen Ripley, as she sets out to search for her lost mother. Brought in by the Company after hearing that a deep space station has found some evidence as to what happened to her mother, Amanda boards a vessel that is en route to the orbiting station where said evidence was said to be kept, but problems quickly surface when she is left stranded on the station alone, and with no means of assistance, to which Amanda soon realizes has been severely damaged and is now filled with scared survivors who will do anything, and, if need be, harm anyone to survive, as they try to seek refuge from the coming killer that is the roaming Alien. She must now seek out what help she can from these terrified people, and do whatever possible in order to survive against the Alien's vicious attacks and persistant hunting.

Gameplay:
The gameplay is smooth and enjoyable. Though it has its moments where it will glitch and a character is unable to move forward or whatnot, or you find yourself in a room full of floating tools, but these bugs are very minor, and many times won't even appear. The UI is handy, and easy to use, especially in a pinch (unless you're trying to switch weapons when the Alien sees you). My only other issue is the slowed auto actions when you are interacting with something, your foes won't wait until you are done, and yet you find you are in these incredibly slow interactions with no means to defend yourself. But apart from those few complaints, this game is an easy win. The AI for this game is also really good, unlike the rumors I had heard about it from Beta, this improved AI makes it hard to relax and take a breather. I would rate this game a near 9/10.

Anyway, sorry for this rather long winded review. I don't do these often. But I do highly recommend this game.

NOTE: I have been playing this game for some years now. And am judging based off my own opinion and experiences.

As said above, I have been playing since nearly the start of this game, with little to no complaints. Though Neverwinter is now long past any similarity to what it used to be, it can still be an enjoyable game with lots of story and lore. Though the community takes a little to get used to, and work with.
For the content they have added and thus also taken away, I would say that I could not agree with a lot of their actions on this as it has taken away a lot of the casual play and enjoyment away from what the game once had. Though it is free to play, it does have heavy pay to play elements to it as well, which is highly evident in PvP. The new class changeups have also played against what used to be an accepted balanced system. The new mod to be released will add in Strongholds for individual guilds to take and/or fight over in PvP battles. This will indeed give a new reason to be a part of a good and trusted guild, which many can be found here.
I will say that if you have friends or plan to make some Neverwinter can be a good place for that. Personally, I have made many online friends here who I still know a couple of years down the road. I give Neverwinter, my old home away from home, a thumbs up as it is a good game to play for free to play.

NOTE: These are my views of the game, not generally a review, but may help.
What can be said about Star Wars: Republic Commando that hasn't already been said? It's just simply awesome, it may be a game from 2005 but it is a game that is as ageless as it is priceless. My playing hours on this has only recorded a fraction of the time I played as I got it previously a couple of years ago off Steam and played through it and then again offline after I got it here.

I'm a fan of the novels, and this just brings the characters you meet there, namely Delta Squad, to life. 11/10 for sure. Though I speak from a fans perspective, I also say this because the game has great dialogue, iconic characters, and a great amount of action and story that made a mark on the hearts of everyone who played this. A great game.

This is based on my opinion of the Visual Novel: I'm a fan of VNs, and this is a good one at that. The hours I have on it are because I couldn't shut it off after buying it, so I watched it all in one time. It's a good novel about a world after civilization, a deep story that just stays with you after experiencing it. The dialogue is so well thought out, the audio gives the viewer the immersion of the story, and the characters have their own feel to them that makes them stand out against the story. I gladly give this a thumbs up.

Early Access Review
Been playing this game for a couple of months, mostly offline on Steam though, so my hours don't reflect that sadly, but I can easily say it's been a fun couple of months. The controls are easy, the community is good, and the battles are never impossible. The game's building mechanic is only limited to your imagination---and carry space lol. I would easily suggest this game to others.
