Having the game played now 170 hours, the novelty of the "role playing" aspect has worn off. There are still issues here and there, but bearable and not really impacting my experience of playing. However, the gameplay is starting to be too repetitive to be still enjoyable. I do recommend it because it was fun for about 150 hours...still worth your money.

I'm doing my part, are you?

I can now fully recommend this game after the latest patch. Crashes are less frequent, the game is more balanced, connections and login issues are by far less of a problem now. The game has still it's issues, but not in an extend that will impact the enjoyment of the game.

If there would be a middle button, i would pick that. The game is fun, game mechanics are well thought out and IF the game works, its a good time! The mechanic with a Game master and lore / roleplay aspect does 100% help motivate as well, frankly, without that i would have left this game alone already. However, i still get game crashes, disconnects - while certainly less frequent, still often enough to be frustrating. The game got huge potential, lets see how much they make out of it.

After they opened up the logins, i can now play the game. I played 2 hours yesterday - 1 total crash (with bug report window), 3 disconnects from my friends...this is a good example how to sour an experience. If i could, i would refund.

Bugs! Bugs! Bugs!

Here why i can't recommend the game in it's current state:
- 3 hours played, 3 crashes, 2 disconnects and can't reconnect - it's like a bought movie ticket but the cinema said it's full so i cant see the movie.
- Super Grindy. I got already a job, i don't want this game to become #.

As COH 1 + 2 Vet and defender of Relic, felt like really let down. I haven't played since 24 hours at the start because i was hoping with some time things gonna be polished. Booted it up the other day to see that the improvements were marginal. Sad.

I enjoyed my time with Planet Crafter. I would say, after Subnautica the best Single Player survival game out there.
