I went back to see if this game had changed for the better yet, and it hasn't.
It hasn't changed at all. Looks like floppy dongers and jiggly tiddybits weren't enough.

Irrelevant survival game#80085 onto the pile/10

This game is MUCH more story-oriented than Borderlands 1 & 2, which is nice, it's great to see backstories for more characters but it suffers from the 'it's a prequel so I know these people aren't actually going to die' problem. People say it's a reskin of Borderlands 2, but I don't think so, unless you're talking art style then sure. Congratulations it's a reskin.

The characters all play differently and are much different than previous borderland games, and if you liked the other ones, you'll like this one. More of the same humor and gunplay with more story.

This game is a blast. I love games where you're a crewman aboard a big ship, things are pretty simplistic, but here's hoping that's just because it's early access.

This.... Is a game. One that I am not good at. It's very pretty, and everything can and will try to kill you. Some quicker than others. I got ran down by some guy on a sabertooth and killed in less than three seconds.. I'm pretty sure he took my implant for some nefarious purpose.

One of the few survival games still relevant/10

No matter what I could possibly say, it wouldn't do this game justice. This game is my GOAT. The journey was amazing and made me feel like I *WAS* Geralt, Master Witcher on his final adventure. I never played the first one, but this was leaps and bounds better and improved upon Witcher 2 in every way, which was already great!
The game took a LONG. LOOOOOONG time to finish, and the time just dissapeared, the game will grab you by the shoulders, put a witcher medalion around your neck, turn you around, and kick you into a world that hates, and at best, tolerates you.

I'm genuinely sad there will never be another witcher/10

First off, I play the game through an unofficial patch launcher that fixes a lot of the bugs and adds things to the game so my hours played on steam are low.

I honestly though this game was a lot older. It's based off the pen and paper game of the same name and I believe it, there's a lot of stats and variables that effect them for a game from '04. It uses an old version of the source engine, so all of the tricks apply. Stealth is pretty broken and there are a lot of times you can use it since a lot of the game is rp. Which i'm a fan of.

Running against a wall to go faster/10

The characters in this game are jerks, everything will kill you at the slightest provocation, combat is turn based, and I love it.
There's a psi style of magic, but I only dabbled enough into it to be able to debuff enemies to make them easier to hit. This game is HARD at times, but i'm also kind of bad at it.

Reminds me of an easier to jump into Fallout 2/10

Total War in the Warhammer universe. Granted it's a pre-space marine Warhammer, and Dwarves are arguably the strongest and easiest race to play since they have super buff defenses, the large scale battles are awesome.

For some reason the devs added DLC to include gore. DLC. That you have to PAY for. Wot.

A beastman cleaved my high-king's head off/10

This game had a falling out back when I played, but had a resurgence of players for some reason. There are a LOT more characters to play as now, and the game is still as tense as I remember it. Every creak and sound will have you wondering if that was an enemy. Spoiler, it probably was and you're about to have a wall breached and flooded with bullets.

I used to be really good at this game/10

Either play with a full player squad or on your own, because if you have even one player companion you'll lose all of your AI guys. Your AI companions are pretty much gods, able to shoot through walls and once you get sync shot and drone maxed you can clear out entire camps while sitting back playing a point and click adventure game with your drone marking targets for your companions to kill.

The driving and flying is preeeeeeeeetty bad. But sneaking around and dismantling a drug cartel is pretty fun.
